Fan-edits?

If you look closely at the current image (04:52, 2 May 2007), you'll see that it seemingly has some cut-and-paste work to fill out some empty areas (almost entirely on the top right part that, I think isn't part of Sinnoh), adding houses, boats. Compare with the first uploaded version of the file (03:56, 2 May 2007), that doesn't have that. My guess is that some fan added these. I'll take the freedom and revert to the first uploaded version.
