With the release of Pokémon X and Y far behind us, it is time to get the Bulbagarden Archives back to regular business. With that said, the Bulbagarden Archives are once again open to public uploading and editing. We would also like to take this moment to remind that, as always, it is extremely important that all users remember to follow all Bulbagarden Archives policies and guidelines. That noted, with screenshots & sprites being much more difficult to obtain in X and Y than in the previous five generations, it has been decided that a few important rules will be tightened up in regards to X and Y related uploads:

1. Uploading screenshots taken from other fansites is not permitted and will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
2. Before uploading any sprites, including Custom/fan-made graphics and fan-made recreations of in-game graphics, a member of the Advisory Council must be contacted. Capture card owners will be asked to provide a unique screenshot for safety reasons.

Violations of either of these rules, in regards to X and Y uploads, will result in an immediate temporary block to the violating party/parties, of a duration no less than three days. We would like to thank you for your understanding during this trying time.
