Update request

I did some color correction on this to make it match how it is shown in guidebooks and in other official media. Unlike gengar, tentacool, and tentacruel, I couldn't get it visually identical to the naked eye to the art as seen in books and online due to my references (the pokemon platinium official guide and the pokemon official site) having slightly different colors. The book was more saturated with deeper colors than the art on the official site. My image is between those two in terms of vibrancy. Regardless, mine is a large improvement over the current file.
