An addition...

I tried add this in but no luck. Can someone add a switch or something that would replace the in the anime with the episode number and name, if EP= and EPname= were used? XVuvuzela2010X 20:06, 14 October 2011 (UTC)

What about the Pokémon using a move that doesn't exist in the games, such as Ice Aqua Jet and Counter Shield? Pattyman 21:18, 14 October 2011 (UTC)
If the Admins approve that, it would be easy, since it could just be linked normally like any other move, but the link would be a redirect. XVuvuzela2010X 21:25, 14 October 2011 (UTC)
I like the idea of episode names. I've set it up. As for non-game moves, I was intending to just leave those the way they were before, but I could also set it up a different way if you think that would be better. --SnorlaxMonster 00:56, 16 October 2011 (UTC)
Yeah, so it won't mess up this template that way. Pattyman 02:22, 16 October 2011 (UTC)

Non-game moves

Would it be possible to make an option avaibible for moves that don't exist in the game such as Counter Shield and Megavolt? - Chosen of Mana 21:22, 2 December 2011 (UTC)

I was thinking that it would be better if those stayed as plaintext rather than used a template. --SnorlaxMonster 11:44, 21 December 2011 (UTC)

Game canon anime

Would it be possible to make a parameter similar to Manga for game animations like the B2W2 animated trailer and Pokémon Origins? - Chosen of Mana 15:32, 5 October 2013 (UTC)

Added. Please add Pokémon Origins examples above (I haven't watched it so don't know which categories would be filled). --SnorlaxMonster 10:51, 6 October 2013 (UTC)

Redlink categories

The moves in Pokémon B2W2 Animated Trailer and in Pokémon have categories that are redlinked. Can someone fix this, I'm not too much of an expert? Pattyman (talk) 00:15, 1 November 2013 (UTC)

Thanks ht14. Pattyman (talk) 02:23, 1 November 2013 (UTC)
Haha… sorry for messing around on the RC… currently the template is fine save for that of the Pokémon Black Version 2 and Pokémon White Version 2 Animated Trailer. Just add "game=" for the trailer and it should be fine. ht14 02:24, 1 November 2013 (UTC)
To explain, currently, "Game" currently has no existing parser (other than in the categories), and if there's no parser for manga or medium shown in the template, then the template immediately defaults to anime. ht14 02:27, 1 November 2013 (UTC)
Except for the fact the template is still broken, putting the anime in --> Category:Moves () --Spriteit (talk) 03:17, 1 November 2013 (UTC)
Geh… this is still a problem. >.< ht14 15:11, 1 November 2013 (UTC)
Spriteit, would you happen to know how to fix this? ht14 15:13, 1 November 2013 (UTC)
When I added the functionality for Origins and the B2W2 Animated Trailer to the template, I had intended for those categories to exist. It's an easy fix to remove it if people think those categories are a bad idea though. I've rolled it back to my version though, since the template was broken. --SnorlaxMonster 16:12, 1 November 2013 (UTC)
If I had known I would have fixed it myself :P --Spriteit (talk) 02:40, 4 November 2013 (UTC)
