My Photoshop is out of order, so it's hard for me to judge image sizes using MS Paint. I'll be far more precise once I get that back. Also, can I assume that when you said to upload sprites as transparent, you meant the backgrounds (as opposed to white)? -Stephen93 16:42, 21 December 2008 (UTC)

:You can see the image size via the Attributes (or similar; I don't have an English MS Paint), which is located under the Image menu. However, do not use MS Paint. It cannot make the image background transparent (yes, I meant the background, not the whole sprite :P). If you only can, download for example GIMP. It may be a little hard at first but it can do a lot of things. UltimateSephiroth 18:22, 21 December 2008 (UTC)

::Yeah, I definitely wasn't going to upload anything done with Paint after what you told me, but now Photoshop is up and running again, and I'd like to take a load off of everyone's shoulders and help with the Spritedex- I'm just stuck on one thing: I have two shiny Gligar backsprites, one with all the white pixels transparified, including the ones on Gligar's body, and one with only the outer white pixels transparified- which one meets qualifications for uploading?
Sorry for bothering you so much, I just want to make myself useful around here :D. Thanks alot! -Stephen93 19:51, 21 December 2008 (UTC)

Hi!

If you have something to say to me, please say it on my Bulbapedia talk page. I'd like to keep all messages in one place.

Thank you. UltimateSephiroth 18:02, 18 October 2008 (UTC)

Yellow sprites

When uploading the Yellow sprites, please make sure to use Template:TL on thier descriptions. Chocolate 22:27, 20 December 2008 (UTC)

Oh... I guess I should. But we have to alert an admin; it links them to Category:Pokémon Red and Blue sprites, not Category:Pokémon Yellow sprites. UltimateSephiroth 22:29, 20 December 2008 (UTC)
I'll tell Maverick Nate. But, when using the template, you can just upload the image with the description as (Pokémon). You don't need to select a license when uploading if you use the template. Chocolate 22:32, 20 December 2008 (UTC)
Yeah, I found it out already, as you can see in the newest ones. :P UltimateSephiroth 22:32, 20 December 2008 (UTC)
All right. Good job on ripping the sprites BTW. They're awesome quality! Chocolate 22:34, 20 December 2008 (UTC)
Thanks :D It took a little time, but sure was worth it. It's about time we get rid of those old, wrong-sized, wrong direction facing gif images. UltimateSephiroth 22:38, 20 December 2008 (UTC)

Gen IV size

Just wondering, what is the standard size for Gen IV spites? I want to say 80x80, but I'm not 100% sure. Jpp8 04:36, 21 December 2008 (UTC)

Thanks for the tip

My Photoshop is out of order, so it's hard for me to judge image sizes using MS Paint. I'll be far more precise once I get that back. Also, can I assume that when you said to upload sprites as transparent, you meant the backgrounds (as opposed to white)? -Stephen93 16:42, 21 December 2008 (UTC)
