Permission to extend frame limit

ERR... I have a problem here, frame 4 of golbat has it wings exceeded ouside the 96x96 limit. It is ok to extend this limit?

Bluetails, your answer is here. You can see it here as well. Just keep the size as close to 96px as possible, only extending it out if the sprite moves that way. With Golbat, the dimensions should be 113x96. Adamws (talk) 11:28, 7 June 2016 (UTC)
