:I assume it would be hard, due to the fact that the sprite will always be obscured by a held item icon. :: How did we get the Menu Sprites for all of the other Pokémon? Surely if they were taken from the 3DS Game themselves which they look like then surely the Mega Menu Sprites can be retrieved in the same way.
