Hi there! I'm Pikachu Bros., a Bulbagarden user. I use {{wp|Paint.NET}} for image editing, for transparency and just general image editing. I do not have a capture card (due to it being rather expensive, and I don't trust the people putting it in my 3DS) or emulator (due to <span class="plainlinks">[http://www.nintendo.com/corp/legal.jsp legal reasons]</span>), so I cannot upload screenshots (minus taking a picture of the screen with an {{wp|iPad 2}}, which, as you may know, has terrible camera quality) or sprites. | |||

I do not have a capture card (due to it being rather expensive, and I don't trust the people putting it in my 3DS) or emulator (due to legal reasons), so I cannot upload screenshots (minus taking a picture of the screen with an iPad 2, which, as you may know, has terrible camera quality) or sprites.
