You can reupload it as a new version at File:Serena Braixen.png by clicking on the Upload as a new version link on the bottom of the page. Pattyman (talk) 14:31, 4 June 2015 (UTC)

Alright then, can you at least take it off as a deletion candidate? Like I mentioned before, an administrator already said the image was good and gave me permission to re upload it again (though I misinterpreted how I was suppose to upload it again now that I look over what was said: http://archives.bulbagarden.net/wiki/File:Serena's-Braixen.png).
