Sprites that are D/P but should be Pt

These sprites should be using the Platinum iterations, but are instead currently using the Diamond/Pearl iterations due to the corresponding "Spr 4p ### s.png" and/or "Spr 4p ### m s.png" having not been uploaded.

In the event one of these Pokémon gets new spritework in HeartGold/SoulSilver and is still using a Diamond/Pearl sprite at the time of HeartGold/SoulSilver's release, such a sprite should be updated directly to the HeartGold/SoulSilver sprite.

Unown forms without spritework

These Unown forms do not have any Generation IV spritework at any "Spr 4d 201# #.png" denotation. Sprites do not exist in either the normal or alternate coloration. The normal coloration "201#.png" sprites depicted here are not up to current standards and should be replaced with proper Diamond/Pearl sprites.

In the event any form of Unown gets new spritework in HeartGold/SoulSilver, such a sprite should be uploaded directly as the HeartGold/SoulSilver sprite.

In-weather Castform forms

It's a well-known fact that the same transformed-state sprites are used for Castform's alternate forms, both for normal coloration and alternate coloration. This means that "351# s.png" should redirect to "351#.png", which in turn should be a Diamond/Pearl sprite. However, for some odd reason, the Diamond/Pearl sprites for these alternate forms are not available on Bulbapedia for "Spr 4p 351# #.png" to redirect to, hence forcing "351#.png" to redirect to Generation III sprites! This, in turn, is leaving what should be redirects from "351# s.png" to "351#.png" unmade.

In the event any alternate form of Castform gets new spritework in HeartGold/SoulSilver, such a sprite should be uploaded to "351#.png" directly as the HeartGold/SoulSilver sprite, with "351# s.png" then being redirected to the new sprite.
