Psystrike

Looking into the move's depiction in the episode and in-game animation for Aura Sphere and Psystrike, I'm much more inclined to say this move is Psystrike, and not Aura Sphere. Aura Sphere has consistently been depicted as an orb of energy with a single color (always blue in the games, with some exceptions in the animated series), while Psystrike is much more colorful and has streaks of energy coming from the center, so I'm suggesting the move.
