Clarification

Just to clarify what I did here: I applied a green (#eeffee) overlay at 50% opacity to lighten the bulb from what it was in the 2014 version. I misexplained this as being approximately 25% opacity from the original unedited Bulbapedia bulb, but that's not quite accurate. In any case, this change will make notice text much more readable when it overlaps with the bulb, such as when the message is longer or viewed on a smaller screen or on mobile. Just thought I'd give a more thorough explanation for future reference. Landfish7 16:07, 12 May 2026 (UTC)
