Image won't update

This image was updated almost 3 weeks ago, but the thumbnails on Saving and Menu#Save are still showing the Japanese image. If I add a size parameter to the thumbnails, they use the new (English) image, but if I remove it again, it still shows the Japanese image. It doesn't usually take that long for an image to update, right? Could someone manually purge the server's cached image or whatever? Tiddlywinks (talk) 16:09, 11 July 2014 (UTC)
