As Finnish has said, it would be helpful if you were to include a summary of the image before you submit it, and the preferred image format in this case is jpg rather than jpeg, please could you double check this when you obtain your images.<br>On a related note, the scans you are uploading are larger than we generally accept - 1920x1920 is generally the maximum.
