Summary

When uploading an image, do not forget to add a descriptive summary for the image. You can add it as you're uploading the image by writing it in the box below the image title. Also, Bulbapedia usually prefers jpg or png files, so if your file is jpeg or other format, please try converting the image one of those two with your future uploads. Hey there, we appreciate your uploads! As Finnish has said, it would be helpful if you were to include a summary of the image before you submit it, and the preferred image format in this case is jpg rather than jpeg, please could you double check this when you obtain your images.
On a related note, the scans you are uploading are larger than we generally accept - 1920x1920 is generally the maximum. Here's a helpful guide Help:Uploading_images.
If you are going to upload any more, please could you let a staff member know beforehand to be on the safe side.

A couple of duplicate images

Hi, just wanted to let you know that a couple of the images you submitted have the same filenames as ones we currently have:
File:BDSP Art Book Palkia.jpg and File:BDSP Art Book Dialga.jpg

To be able to upload over existing images you need to be autoconfirmed, which happens after you have made a certain number of edits here, and held your account for a certain amount of time.

Unused images

Is there a place that you intend to use the concept art images that you are uploading? All images that we upload need to serve a purpose on the encyclopedia; we are not simply an image repository. Please find a place to use them, as unused images will be subject to deletion. ^Maverick_Nate 02:06, 12 July 2024 (UTC)

Additionally, it's important to post sources of your images. The varying quality and inconsistent file extensions indicates to me that these images are not fair-use as you claim, and are in fact being taken from other websites without permission. Can you prove these are coming from official sources? What is the source for all of these images you are uploading? ^Maverick_Nate 02:10, 12 July 2024 (UTC)
