:I agree with most of your points except the last two. Also, the top ones are made for general sprites. That way those who find missing ones will find them and just upload them. In regards to your last two points... there are sprite changes between RS and FRLG, such as minor colorings and change in images (see [[:File:Spr b g3 003.png]] and [[:File:Spr b g3 fl 003.png]].
