Hi! Whenever you tag an image for deletion for being a duplicate, it's polite to go and make the necessary replacements on the wiki to change the image over. Images that are in use are never supposed to be deleted, so making sure all the use cases are now at the new version is an important thing to do. I hope this is something you can do in the future.
