:Those images were provided by a user on the Bulbagarden discord who were trying to update moves to non-Metronome images. After going through the history, it seems that you had updated the images between their initial assessment of which images needed to be updated and actually getting the images, so Meteor Beam must've been missed. I have updated said Meteor Beam images, as well as Poltergeist since i think my versions shows the animation better and i can only assume the images were taken as part of the same project given both are in the same area.
