I need to know how many menu sprites are there. Typhlosion, Suicune and Raikou have one that I can't describe, Smeargle has Rhydon-like, Crobat has bat-like and Victreebel has plant-like. Marked +-+-+ 12:22, 2 April 2012 (UTC)

Generation II has 38 menu sprites, some are recycled from Generation I but with the Gen II color pallet. Typhlosion's appears to be based on a raccoon dog. - Kogoro - Talk to me - 14:41, 2 April 2012 (UTC)

Just uploaded Pikachu's (evolutionary line) menu sprite. Could you update it so it shows Gen II Pikachu menu sprite for Generation II? Also how many Pokémon (aside from Ho-Oh and Pikachu line) have unique menu sprites? Marked +-+-+ 17:52, 2 April 2012 (UTC)

No reason to add a switch to this template just to change the image, the Yellow Pikachu is fine. As for Gen II unique menu sprites: There are a few that appear that they may be unique, however, since I can't check a Gen II game, I can't be entirely certain as to if they actually are unique or if they happen to get used by another similar Pokémon. - Kogoro - Talk to me - 05:01, 3 April 2012 (UTC)

Okey. Uploading more. Some names can be wrong, but I think that Butterfree's is unique - it looks like butterfly, and there is no more butterfly-like Pokémon until Generation III (or at least I can't think about one).
