By creating your account you are now able to upload images to help Bulbapedia and Bulbanews. Before you jump in, take a look at these helpful tips:

  • Uploaded images must meet several requirements. Please see the upload form and/or manual of style before you upload a new image.
  • All images need categories and license tags. Save time and fill them out as you upload. There are many different licenses - be sure to pick the best fit.
  • Use meaningful filenames. Make them descriptive so that searchers can find your images easily.
  • Personal images are no longer allowed. Any personal images found will be deleted on sight.
  • If you don't have any images to submit, you can still help out.
  • If you have any more questions, see the FAQ or ask a staff member.

Regarding format

For TCG and TFG images, just simply write down the name of the Pokémon/Trainer/Energy followed by the expansion name and number in parentheses. So for instance, it would be Kabuto (Groundbreakers 12). The summary is essentially the title of the respective article found on Bulbapedia. ht14 19:09, 30 December 2011 (UTC)

In addition, for the images you're "uploading," request a move using the {{move}} template so that admins would know to move those images. Regards. ht14 19:20, 30 December 2011 (UTC)

Hi

Please do not create an elaborate userpage on the Archives. The purpose of the Archives is for uploading and categorizing files. Userpages are more suited for Bulbapedia (but remember the userspace policy). Thank you. --ht14 15:29, 3 January 2012 (UTC)

New Categories

Please note that new category ideas need to be approved by the Archives Staff before being created and applied to files. Nothing is going to happen to the categories you have made this month, they are rather useful & we certainly did need them. It is great to see you being bold and trying so hard to help out, but please keep this in mind next time and get staff approval before starting new category work. Tagging
