:It's because the size of the image is 250px, but you had set it as 200px. For reason unknown (to me anyway), when animated PNG's are reduced in size in thumbnails, they no longer animate. But if they are increased in size, ({{bp|Anime move errors#Pokémon performing an action which resembles a move|like on the Anime move errors page}}) they still animate.
