Welcome to the Bulbagarden Archives, Escparth!
Bulbagarden Archives bulb.png

By creating your account you are now able to upload images to help Bulbapedia and Bulbanews. Before you jump in, take a look at these helpful tips:

  • Uploaded images must meet several requirements. Please see the upload form and/or manual of style before you upload a new image.
  • All images need categories and license tags. Save time and fill them out as you upload. There are many different licenses - be sure to pick the best fit.
  • Use meaningful filenames. Make them descriptive so that searchers can find your images easily.
  • Personal images are no longer allowed. Any personal images found will be deleted on sight.
  • If you don't have any images to submit, you can still help out.
  • If you have any more questions, see the FAQ or ask a staff member.
Thank you, and have a good time uploading here!

Deleted image

Hi, Escparth. Thanks again for joining Bulbapedia's Archives. Two things to keep in mind while uploading.

1. Personal images are not allowed on Bulbapedia. Please ensure that the images you upload are relevant to the articles of Bulbapedia

2. Please do not upload images taken from other websites. Bulbapedia has received complaints in the past from other webmasters from taking their content. As a fan-based community, it is up to each of us to ensure our content is 100% original.

I hope you continue to contribute to the Archives. I look forward to you future contributions! - Chosen of Mana 02:32, 18 November 2017 (UTC)

Please read the checklist when you upload media files, and be sure to tag and categorize all images. If you're confused about the requirements for uploading files, have a look at this guide. --ht14 21:21, 21 April 2018 (UTC)

Moving files

Hello! When you move files, be sure to add a {{delete}} template on the file that is to be moved so that it can be deleted. Also, if there was a {{move}} template there before you moved it, please delete the template from the file afterwards. As an example, if you're moving from File:A.png to File:B.png, after moving it to B.png, have A.png marked for deletion. Thanks! ht14 21:48, 30 May 2018 (UTC)

No problem! ★EscParth★ (talk) 08:32, 31 May 2018 (UTC)

Please, don't forget to add descriptions to the files you upload. Thank you. --FinnishPokéFan92 (talk) 04:21, 13 June 2018 (UTC)

On that point as well, I've noticed that you haven't been categorizing those files either. Please be familiar with categorizing your files before uploading, thanks! ht14 02:54, 14 June 2018 (UTC)

Please tag all images. This is your second notice. --ht14 03:36, 23 June 2018 (UTC)

Apologies, I was using it to write a Bulbanews article and must have done it too quickly! ★EscParth★ (talk) 10:44, 23 June 2018 (UTC)

With all due respect, I don't think you are familiar with tagging images. Tagging not only means having a license for the file, but it also means categorizing the image. In the linked example here for your most recent upload, I made an edit and categorized Snorlax. This is your final warning regarding this. Failure to do so may result in some disciplinary action. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns.
Additionally, using the e-acute (é) when writing anything related to Pokémon in the summary section is also needed in the Archives. Thanks! ht14 21:13, 28 June 2018 (UTC)
