Game screenshots

Could you please upload game screenshots as .pngs, not .jpgs? Chocolate 23:29, 23 December 2008 (UTC)

Which image are you talking about? The ones from XD?--Mew a.k.a. Prmatt11 13:02, 24 December 2008 (UTC)
Yes. Chocolate 16:22, 24 December 2008 (UTC)
They are automatically JPG when I make them, but I will re-upload them as .pngs.--Mew a.k.a. Prmatt11 16:53, 24 December 2008 (UTC)
Why upload XD screenshots as .png, especially if they automatically are saved as .jpg. That makes no sense whatsoever, chocolate. .png makes sense with GB(A) or DS screenshots and sprites, but not with console game screenshots, unless they were taken directly and losslessly, but most images are from captures of the TV-out signals of the consoles and therefore have suffered some loss already, jpg won't hurt that much more and if a program already saved it in jpg, it makes no sense to convert that jpg to png. It only produces files with unnecessary high file sizes of pictures that are still full of JPG artifacts. --Nyoo 08:08, 6 February 2009 (UTC)

Crystal Sprites

So far, because of the sprite template on the Pokémon Species articles, all crystal sprites must be gifs. What you told Pokelova was incorrect and misleading. As archive leader of the times, I decided to step in here, but don't let this happen again, please. ;) Maverick Nate 04:00, 10 January 2009 (UTC)

Sorry, I thought we were changing all sprites to png, along with Crystal, not just Emerald.--Mew a.k.a. Prmatt11 13:14, 10 January 2009 (UTC)

Please make sure they are straight. And use the appropriate categories please. Maverick Nate 23:37, 16 January 2009 (UTC)

Sorry, I just found some card scans from a year ago and decided to post them. I'm not really a card person, but I though why not. Also, there are some cards that are even more slanted.--Mew a.k.a. Prmatt11 19:01, 17 January 2009 (UTC)
I know, but that isn't an excuse. But thanks for the cards. I hope you can get some more. ;) Maverick Nate 19:42, 17 January 2009 (UTC)
I know that's not an excuse, either. And by the way, I'm done with my evil scanner.--Mew a.k.a. Prmatt11 20:13, 17 January 2009 (UTC)
Okay. But, scans from your personal collection are what we need, we don't need problems with other sites because people were stealing. Also, the categories are just the set name, with the three digit card number in the next info field, so a sadstorm cxard would be[[Category:EX Sandstorm|010]]. Maverick Nate 22:39, 17 January 2009 (UTC)
Oh my! Sorry! I must have downloaded that one, not scanned it in! Oops!--Mew a.k.a. Prmatt11 17:19, 18 January 2009 (UTC)

That User with 3 when it's 2

I know, CP, but I just wanted ta let 'em know.--Mew a.k.a. Prmatt11 18:28, 25 January 2009 (UTC)
There is a warning template on the wiki for this situation. It's called, Template:Toomanypersonal, and is an easier way to deal with it. The thing is, I already deleted one hundred personal images for this user, I must have missed those ones. Maverick Nate 20:38, 25 January 2009 (UTC)

Deletion of Pokémon Center nighttime photo

What the heck was that about?! Don't just delete photos that are in news articles. Would you please explain more preciseley what the reason for the deletion was? The photo had a watermark from a Japanese news site - so what? If you find a version without a watermark, feel free to upload a new version but don't just delete things with cryptic reasons. --Nyoo 21:59, 5 February 2009 (UTC)

I have found and uploaded another version of the photo from a different news website, something you could have done instead of just promptly deleting a file that is actually in use in an article. I still don't know your exact reasoning for this - watermarked images are to be avoided, they're not forbidden. As long as there is no other option, a watermarked image should be fine though. So please refrain from such not well-thought-out actions in the future. --Nyoo 00:42, 6 February 2009 (UTC)

Think of this: if the person that watermarked it found it here, then we will be in a bunch of trouble.--Mew a.k.a. Prmatt11 02:26, 6 February 2009 (UTC)
Also, thank you for giving the source info.--Mew a.k.a. Prmatt11 02:28, 6 February 2009 (UTC)
We'd only get in trouble if the Pokémon Company or so would decide to make us trouble - that's why we declare it as fair use (and we don't upload hi-res pictures to make sure it stays a fair claim). The news site doesn't own the rights on the image, they just put their watermarks on there so it can be seen where other sites get it from as not everyone receives press releases from Nintendo and the Pokémon Company in Japan. They can't really do anything in terms of copyrights if someone else uses the images from their news/press release reports and those sites are so big and well-known, it won't really hurt them either, they actually benefit as most other sites also give credit, and if they don't, it doesn't hurt them much. YOU have no right or good reason to delete images just because they have some kind of watermark. (See manual of style) We don't have a rule against watermarked images and if we did, we'd have to go and delete a good number of other pictures in the archives. The next time, provide a more precise reason for a deletion candidate and don't just go and delete it right after you added the {{delete}} tag. Also, you didn't even care if the image was still used in an article. --Nyoo 08:00, 6 February 2009 (UTC)
Fine, Mr. Grumpy Gills.--Mew a.k.a. Prmatt11 03:01, 7 February 2009 (UTC)

Image redirects will not work. Duplicates have to be deleted. Maverick Nate 20:11, 12 February 2009 (UTC)

Also, don't blank pages ever. There is a delete tag for a reason. Maverick Nate 20:12, 12 February 2009 (UTC)
Sorry, I don't have the admin privileges like you do here on the Archives. I wish I did, though... {goes into dream sequence}--Mew a.k.a. Prmatt11 19:35, 13 February 2009 (UTC)
That's why we have the delete tag. Maverick Nate 19:59, 13 February 2009 (UTC)
Understood.--Mew a.k.a. Prmatt11 22:30, 13 February 2009 (UTC)
Understood, huh? Doesn't seem like it... Maverick Nate 02:32, 30 May 2009 (UTC)
Did you see the delete tag? I used a soft redirect.--Mew a.k.a. Prmatt11 15:57, 30 May 2009 (UTC)

You know

You can put categories in the summary when you upload any image. Maverick Nate 02:41, 15 February 2009 (UTC)

Oh, I thought that it put the Category words in the summary. Thanks.--Mew a.k.a. Prmatt11 13:28, 15 February 2009 (UTC)

Wi-fi Plaza Artwork

That Wi-Fi Plaza Artwork is PERFECT quality. Where did you get it? --Maxim 13:48, 21 March 2009 (UTC)

Thank you, FileFront!--Mew a.k.a. Prmatt11 00:43, 22 March 2009 (UTC)

Please read the checklist when you upload media files, and be sure to tag and categorize all images. If you're confused about the requirements for uploading files, have a look at this guide. Maverick Nate 12:24, 6 June 2009 (UTC)

Categories and image summaries, please. They are necessary for every page. Maverick Nate 18:51, 6 June 2009 (UTC)

Move template

I was just thinking about that the other day, actually. Seems like small minds seldom differ after all :D. But if you want something moved somewhere, don't upload the same image to that filename. It kind of ruins the whole point, and you should have just asked for the old images to be deleted. — THE TROM — 21:19, 21 June 2009 (UTC)

Yeah, I decided to make the template after I changed them, so... hopefully that doesn't cause too much of a problem.--Mew a.k.a. Prmatt11 18:57, 22 June 2009 (UTC)
It would be great if you could link the duplicated images in the summary, so the deleting administrator can assess the situation quicker. Sometimes its really hard to find the duplicate. Thanks. — THE TROM — 23:54, 22 June 2009 (UTC)
Ok!--Mew a.k.a. Prmatt11 12:07, 23 June 2009 (UTC)

Check the Licensing tags. One is artwork from the anime, one is from the games: i.e. not duplicates. One of them was, but not the other. Maverick Nate 19:53, 27 June 2009 (UTC)

One was of File:441Chatot.png, other from File:Reg-Chatot.png.--Mew a.k.a. Prmatt11 19:54, 27 June 2009 (UTC)

Then how about, instead of removing the license, you replace it with the proper one seeing as you know where they're from? Removing the license is bad, very very bad. Use some common sense... Seriously... - Kogoro | Talk to me - 15:52, 29 June 2009 (UTC)

There's really no license for a Nintendo fansite in French... and I don't really know those. How bout we make a guide?--Mew a.k.a. Prmatt11 16:31, 29 June 2009 (UTC)

Where are you getting these images? Maverick Nate 02:18, 3 July 2009 (UTC)

First one was laying on my CPU, other are from 105 cards I got off eBay.--Mew a.k.a. Prmatt11 14:49, 3 July 2009 (UTC)
Cards you bought? Maverick Nate 17:07, 3 July 2009 (UTC)
Off of eBay, yeah. Lemme find the sale now.--Mew a.k.a. Prmatt11 18:31, 3 July 2009 (UTC)
Here it is!--Mew a.k.a. Prmatt11 18:33, 3 July 2009 (UTC)

Bad image summaries

"Temporary episode image for use on Bulbanews. " is not a proper image summary. Please try to describe the image, because nothing is restricted to either the wiki or the news. They can both be used on both. Also, as a side note, make sure to delete tag these temporary image headers when we have the real one, because we need to keep the Archives clean and clutterless. Maverick Nate 16:49, 24 July 2009 (UTC)

I'll try...--Mew a.k.a. Immewnity 02:27, 25 July 2009 (UTC)

Ranger characters

Would you be able to get pngs of those two ranger artworks? MaverickNate 23:00, 16 August 2009 (UTC)

They were originally JPEG; here's the source (3.jpg, rest are other Ranger art. Site has good art. Going to put it on Resources, in fact.}. If you want to, just tell me, but from previous incidents, I thought changing JPEG to PNG was a no-no.--Mew a.k.a. Immewnity 23:32, 16 August 2009 (UTC)
I didn't know if you were extracting from an SWF or not. No changing should ever be done. Oh, and as for the policy thing, evan's going to be working on it next week, because currently there are no written rules or helpful guidelines on the Archives. o_O MaverickNate 02:00, 17 August 2009 (UTC)

Hmm... Well the images aren't from, they are from a site about games. And Images in PNG are the best format for this type of images, They aren't. Bye!:) Pedraito 19:00, 19 August 2009 (UTC)

They don't work. We've tried this before, and there's another svg floating around somewhere, but we haven't gotten them to work. Just giving you some background on what we've already found out. MaverickNate 00:57, 5 October 2009 (UTC)

Huh. They work on Wikipedia fine. Look and see what the problem might be.--Mew a.k.a. Immewnity 01:06, 5 October 2009 (UTC)

Go fetch!

File:ArtSumomo.jpg. Find us a better one? —darklordtrom 00:10, 22 October 2009 (UTC)

All the artwork for Sinnoh's gym leaders look like that. I asked nyoo to do it once, but i got the response "the artwork is gone from websites and needs to be scanned from guide books" or something to that extent. Anyhoo, all the gym leaders for sinnoh need it if possible. 00:54, 22 October 2009 (UTC)
IDK. Gym leaders are HARD to find.--Mew a.k.a. Immewnity 01:37, 22 October 2009 (UTC)
Any luck? Also, if you could get an Archives and News bulb like the huge pedia one that would be cool. —darklordtrom 05:46, 15 November 2009 (UTC)
No luck on the gym leaders, and the bulb shouldn't be hard.--Mew a.k.a. Immewnity 20:36, 19 November 2009 (UTC)

You can help me upload the remianing of the Pokémon models from Pokémon Stadium. We'll worry about Stadium 2 later. There are 110 more to go though, I'm taking a break right now, hope you'll help.--Force Fire 10:09, 25 November 2009 (UTC)

Are they being stolen from PsyPokes?--Mew a.k.a. Immewnity 00:11, 26 November 2009 (UTC)

I know. Just wondering the source.--Mew a.k.a. Immewnity 15:23, 27 November 2009 (UTC)

You're right for Piplup, it's not from the Jap Pokédex. But, is it not artwork from a Pokémon game? So {{i-Fairuse-game}} is better than {{i-Fairuse}}. Agreed? ht14 21:44, 20 December 2009 (UTC)

Yeah... forgot 'bout that one.--Mew a.k.a. Immewnity 23:36, 20 December 2009 (UTC)

Where did you get

... the files? The coloring is different from here. ht14 03:12, 23 December 2009 (UTC)

Yeah, slight color diffs. From the site Tom's PC/JeuxVideoPC. Link here.--Mew a.k.a. Immewnity 03:14, 23 December 2009 (UTC)
Then you'd have to note the change in licensing. I'm not even sure if the sites you wrote of are approved or not though... is it supported by Nintendo? The aforementioned site is based off of ht14 03:16, 23 December 2009 (UTC)
I will when I'm done. Anyways, you do know that many images on this site aren't from official sources... plus, TTE's fine with the site.--Mew a.k.a. Immewnity 03:17, 23 December 2009 (UTC)
Just making sure. That's all I need to know. ht14 03:18, 23 December 2009 (UTC)

Policy on images

We appreciate the gesture, but it isn't you can just decide to start doing on your own. If any situation where someone takes our images occurs, then TTE, the EB, and I will decide what to do. If you don't want your images stolen, simply don't upload them. And it is not wise to have such a policy on images that you did not create yourself, like the TCG artwork you just uploaded. MaverickNate 03:47, 31 January 2010 (UTC)

Alright. Would it work better just to say not to watermark my uploads? I've seen sites that steal uploads, watermark them, and then another site takes from them, watermark and all, when a non-watermarked version is still available here. Also, you never said no to it on the forums. Plus, does WPM watermark images he doesn't own? Serebii on maps he doesn't own? IGN, GameSpot, etc. on images they don't own? Yes. So why not the opposite?--immewnitythemew 13:21, 31 January 2010 (UTC)

Mew and Lugia art

I downloaded them w/ some of the older art w/c came from Generation 1 to 2 like the one w/ Gold outside of the Ruins of Alph I uploaded here before. Some of them have that 'GAMEFREAK WEBPAGE'. The one who uploaded them probably thought they were official, so i thought they were all official too. User:Renzo493

Thanks! Since the origin seems to be unknown, I'd say that on the page. IMO.--immewnitythemew 16:42, 19 February 2010 (UTC)

Hey Imme, Need you help !!!

I need your help regarding some images. I am facing some problems in editing Art from Pokémon Red and Green images and Pinball sprites. Because pinball spirits are in gif extension (animated pics) which I can't edit for some reasons. In Pinball pics, when I tried to make them transparent then only 1 frame appears instead of a complete animation and in Red & Green pics, I am unable to remove the white portion. So, can you tell me the solution of solving it please?

Sorry, As I can't re-sign my post. I am putting my sign here just for the identification. --♫♪AdyNiz♪♫ 16:55, 16 February 2010 (UTC)
Sorry for butting in, if you're editing gif images in GIMP you need to either save the image and then click 'Open as layers' in the menu or copy the URL and use 'Open Location' so that it opens up in layers. Once you get that opened up, you need to edit each layer to make it transparent. For the background layer, if it doesn't let you make it transparent, right click and "add alpha channel" and try selecting it again. Hope that helps. Jello 18:54, 16 February 2010 (UTC)
Thanks for the help but still I am unable to combine all the frames after doing the editing. Well, I tried to make one animated spirit transparent. Check this out File:Pin004 test.gif. Is it okay? --♫♪AdyNiz♪♫ 02:02, 17 February 2010 (UTC)
Check this one too File:Pin001 test.gif. If it seems okay to you then I can finally replace spirits now. So, is it perfect or there is some kind of error/glitch/fault in it? --♫♪AdyNiz♪♫ 02:07, 17 February 2010 (UTC)
They're fine, except that all the frames show in the animation. What you want to do is make it so that each frame clears after for the next frame. You can do that by editing the layer name (For example, if you have a layer named "Layer 1 (250ms)" just edit it so it's "Layer 1 (250ms) (replace)"). Also, make sure they are the correct size, I'm not sure what the size for the pinball sprites are, (32px x 48px I'm guessing) but each set of sprites have their own size, so try to keep that consistent. Gen I & II sprites are 56x56. File:Pin004.gifFile:Pin004 test.gif Hopefully you can see the difference side by side. JelloTalk 02:42, 17 February 2010 (UTC)
Oh, Okay. Thanks a bunch for the help, I will try this method. Btw the Art work from Red and Green problem is solved now. Thanks again Jello. --♫♪AdyNiz♪♫ 14:43, 17 February 2010 (UTC)
I've never really worked with animated GIFs, but Jello seems to be familiar with the topic.--immewnitythemew 16:41, 19 February 2010 (UTC)

Deoxys art

Thanks for replacing those Deoxys art pics. You saved me some time, as I was tempted to do so because the Deoxys art on the main Deoxys page looked awful. --Hmdwgf 22:35, 19 February 2010 (UTC)

Welcome. I just saw the Deoxys page edit on BP and decided to do that now. I have art that quality of all 493, but they'd take forever to upload. I do it on a need basis.--immewnitythemew 00:15, 20 February 2010 (UTC)
Yeah, I do more or less the same with anime pics. --Hmdwgf 00:28, 20 February 2010 (UTC)

Did you know?

PNG is better quality than jpg. ht14 01:36, 8 March 2010 (UTC)

No duh. The thing is, the PNG was a direct JPG to PNG. Larger file, not better quality.--immewnitythemew 02:08, 8 March 2010 (UTC)
Actually, in this case the JPG had better quality. Zoom in and you'll see.--immewnitythemew 02:10, 8 March 2010 (UTC)
I guess you'd hav a point there, but can't you just put up a {{Bad image}} template instead? Then someone will fix it... ht14 02:14, 8 March 2010 (UTC)
It's a duplicate image. It isn't bad. Most likely I'll get a high-res one soon!--immewnitythemew 02:23, 8 March 2010 (UTC)

HGSS Kanto Map

Could you tell me how did you get it? Far from perfection, but it's still the best shot that I've ever seen. --Maxim 17:15, 17 March 2010 (UTC)

Flash extraction.--immewnitythemew 11:35, 21 March 2010 (UTC)
The version that you uploaded today couldn't be flash-extracted. Do you have some secret source, or did you get it from some obvious place that I simply missed? --Maxim 19:57, 13 April 2010 (UTC)
Some secret source. Actually, it's FANKIT-Nintendo. See more hidden sources here.--immewnitythemew 19:59, 13 April 2010 (UTC)
OMG! So awesome! *bookmarks* --Maxim 20:35, 13 April 2010 (UTC)

It was you!

Thanks for your help in tidying up around the place here. A note for the future: summaries are important, and take less than two seconds. If you're ever fixing something like that, try to remember to leave one. Cheers, —darklordtrom 22:33, 20 April 2010 (UTC)

Also... you're probably going to be uploading a few pre-release BW scans/shots. Remember to categorise them here. I've put some naming conventions up so we can try and keep it a bit more organised than last time. If you've got issue with the naming conventions, or if you think I've missed anything/stuffed something up, let me know. —darklordtrom 23:00, 20 April 2010 (UTC)
Oh, whoops! Thanks, I'll keep that in mind.--immewnitythemew 01:29, 21 April 2010 (UTC)

I know we already sort of had this discussion, but Lucario is really the wrong color. When are you going to fix it? It really looks weird in the infobox. Blake Talk·Edits 03:17, 23 April 2010 (UTC)

It's not the wrong color. It's in a CMYK color scheme instead of RGB. I'm trying to find a converter, but the only one I've found so far is Photoshop, which I can't get.--immewnitythemew 11:30, 23 April 2010 (UTC)
If you look at both versions side by side, you will see it is way off. The colors in all other art are more similar to the old version. Could you maybe revert it or make a different version? Unless you plan on finding this converter soon. I like the color change of most of the Pokemon, as it does look like it is how they should be, but the change with Lucario is not fitting. It may be because you made it so huge, that when it gets shrunk, the colors look weird and bright. Blake Talk·Edits 13:44, 23 April 2010 (UTC)
"It's not the wrong color. It's in a CMYK color scheme instead of RGB. I'm trying to find a converter, but the only one I've found so far is Photoshop, which I can't get." Also, I didn't make it so huge, I found it. LOOK UP CMYK and RGB.--immewnitythemew 15:12, 23 April 2010 (UTC)

Sinnoh map

Feel free to upload a better version, but personally, and I think you know this too, pngs look better when shrunk down than jpgs do. JelloTalk 22:01, 21 May 2010 (UTC)

Look. Even though that may be true, it takes up WAY more space. Would you rather us have a slightly better thumbnail, or less server space?--immewnitythemew 17:06, 22 May 2010 (UTC)

Project Games

I like File:Project-games-notice.png, but can you change either Gold or HeartGold to Silver or SoulSilver? It seems a bit redundant there. Similar scenario for Red and Ruby (color). ht14 01:52, 25 May 2010 (UTC)

I stand corrected... nobody (besides me and you right now) likes it... ht14 02:10, 25 May 2010 (UTC)

ahmmm.. I just notice that you uploaded a new version of the image of Japanese box art of Pokemon Black and White... and I think its having the same quality??? so what is the point changing??? so it will accredited to you??? just asking...--Gaspershut 13:20, 29 May 2010 (UTC)

Compression. Notice it. Use it. Love it. OptiPNG.--immewnitythemew 20:41, 1 June 2010 (UTC)
I notice it..a very little change happened?? I'm not arguing with you but 343 kb to 326 kb?? compression pretty much close I should say.. well I'll end up here, thanks anyway --Gaspershut 04:15, 2 June 2010 (UTC)
It's actually quite a big compression. I've had compression that I've waited half an hour for and it only took away about 2KB.--immewnitythemew 11:31, 2 June 2010 (UTC)

Project Fandom

I noticed you uploaded a new version of File:Project Fandom logo.png. Could you fix it so the tail goes over the top of the circle, like the rest of its overlapping limbs? I would do it, but I don't want to mess it up. --SnorlaxMonster 13:29, 20 June 2010 (UTC)

I actually made it like that on purpose, like it was coming out of the circle.--immewnitythemew 17:04, 20 June 2010 (UTC)
I meant that it was fine that it overlapped the circle, but it looks strange that its tail goes underneath it instead of over it. --SnorlaxMonster 10:07, 24 June 2010 (UTC)
...exactly. A body doesn't go through a hoop at once; head first, then body, then feet, then (if applicable) tail. Tail hasn't gone through yet.--immewnitythemew 19:11, 24 June 2010 (UTC)
I thought that they were meant to be in-front of the circles on those logos, not passing through them. It looks odd that the tail is underneath. But if you think it looks better this way, then leave it. --SnorlaxMonster 00:43, 25 June 2010 (UTC)
Here's a visual representation.--immewnitythemew 11:39, 25 June 2010 (UTC)
I understand that, but I think it would be better if it were standing infront of it, not going through it. There aren't enough parts going under the hoop (or anything that looks like it's jumping) for it to look right. - unsigned comment from SnorlaxMonster (talkcontribs)
I dunno. Let's leave it as-is until someone else says something.--immewnitythemew 11:47, 25 June 2010 (UTC)

RS Sprites Sugimori art

Some can be found from Just an idea anyway, and I think you have GIMP, so that'd help. ht14 19:39, 20 June 2010 (UTC)

Wait, huh? You want me to do what with RS sprites? Also, they're not on anymore, I don't think. Plus, I use Paint.NET, not GIMP, but it still has layers, transparency, and compression.--immewnitythemew 12:36, 21 June 2010 (UTC)
Upload newer ones. See the games, use Fn + Print Scrn on the PC for a screenshot of them. Still confused? Don't be afraid to ask. Otherwise, I'll show you a sample one if you'd like. ht14 12:51, 21 June 2010 (UTC)
Confused. You mean the backsprites that are different?--immewnitythemew 13:01, 21 June 2010 (UTC)
I mean Sugimori art... whoops. ht14 13:24, 21 June 2010 (UTC)
Gotcha. Yeah, I bulk downloaded them once and lost them... LegendaryPokemon has them, though.--immewnitythemew 18:45, 21 June 2010 (UTC)
They still look somewhat small though... but it's up to you. ht14 19:01, 21 June 2010 (UTC)
There aren't any higher-res, really...--immewnitythemew 19:46, 21 June 2010 (UTC)
I do have a HUGE Sugimori Jirachi and besides being a GIF file, its quality hasn't changed, and the animation shows both Jirachi's normal colos and Shiny Colors at (I can't give the image URL as I protected my images from hotlinking) but press CTRL+F and type 'bulbapedia' in the search box, and you'll be led to the Videogame exclusive artwork (which many people on Bulbapedia helped me to rip) and Jirachi is the last image before the 5th Gen Sugimori images. The Jirachi is at the right of SoulSilver's Lugia. TokoyamiTheDark 15:00, 2 July 2010 (UTC)
I wonder what your source was...--immewnitythemew 15:04, 2 July 2010 (UTC)
Ok. It's because of the size you said that. Well, at first, mine was a .swf file that could be uploaded into Adobe Flash CS3 Professional and used to export the image. These .swf files were downloadable at a certain website, which many used to rip the Sugimori pics. However, the website got threats to be shut down by force (like what happened to Pokemon-Safari) if they left the .swf files availlable for downloads, so they deleted 'em. The size matches, but perhaps it originally came from the .swf file that can no longer be found due to copyright issues. That was almost 3 years ago, so I don't remember what website used to host them... and I don't even knows if it still exists today. However, Legendary Pokemon has the .swf files for ANIME artwork of the 3th Gen (called Vectors) and can still be found on their wesite. TokoyamiTheDark 15:15, 2 July 2010 (UTC)
Actually, the source was from Nintendo's press site. And about Legendary Pokemon's vector images, trust me, I know all about them. They were from before the redesign. I wish I could get the Sinnoh ones from the old site, though.--immewnitythemew 19:22, 2 July 2010 (UTC)

Entei & Raikou LEGEND - Dark and Saturated ?

I've seen why my scan of Entei & Raikou LEGEND had been reverted to the official image twice, but it doesn't seem dark at all. I also have a question. What is an image that is too much 'saturated'? Is it about the size? I don't know this term and its meanings. Is this because of the scanner I use or something like that? TokoyamiTheDark 14:50, 2 July 2010 (UTC)

Upper-right image is good, bottom-right image is oversaturated. If that doesn't explain it, saturation is how much color there is.--immewnitythemew 14:54, 2 July 2010 (UTC)
